American Public Media regularly hears from listeners who ask if they can use music from the Daily Download in their film, video, music or related projects.
APM cannot give authorization to use tracks from the Daily Download in any manner. The simple reason is that APM doesn't have that right, because it doesn't own the tracks. Naxos of America retains all rights to the recordings and performances.
If you want to license music from the Daily Download, you must contact Naxos via its licensing site, Naxos Licensing, to obtain permission.
