I'm currently a junior at Concordia College, studying Piano Performance (with help from a scholarship acquired through Minnesota Varsity!). I am the third of eleven kids - four of whom are former Minnesota Varsity Featured Artists. Since my time as a Featured Artist, my life has changed remarkably! Most notably, I have been doing a lot of performance touring with my younger brother, Brock, who plays double bass. Together, we perform as a Minnesota Arts Council-sponsored piano/bass duo, L'Ambizioso Duo. We recently wrapped up our summer tour, having performed for more than 50,000 people from Los Angeles to New York City. Over 25 of the tour stops were in Minnesota, reaching from Warroad to Rochester, and we found MPR lovers all around the state!
My experience with Classical MPR's Minnesota Varsity has dramatically shaped my career, and continues to help me as I tour the nation. Because of supporters like you, I am able to fulfill my dreams while sharing music with thousands. I encourage you to follow my musical journeys at my website, BraydenDrevlow.com. Of course, none of this would have been possible without my first supporters at MPR. I say it again and again - thank you to Minnesota Public Radio!
