Rick Steffes is a maintenance supervisor at the Monticello Nuclear plant. He came to his job by way of the U.S. Navy, where he served as a submariner for 22 years.

Rick is also a second-degree black belt in tae-kwon-do and an amateur flute player, an instrument he picked up as an adult.

Rick isn't fussy about music. It only has to grab onto and hold his heart.
