For our weekly feature, "Moveable Feast," Rachel Hutton of Minnesota Monthly joins John Birge to talk about where to go and what to eat in Minnesota.

It may be hard to believe with six inches of fresh snow on the ground this morning, but Monday, April 7, is the Minnesota Twins' home opener. That's why on today's Moveable Feast, John and Rachel talk about places to eat in and around Target Field.

When Target Field opened, the Twins made an effort to get more local fare into its concessions mix. Some of Rachel's favorites are the Kramarczuk's sausage, Murray's steak sandwich and the portable, pocket-shaped Minneapple pie (from Minnie's Diner in Rogers, made famous at the Minnesota State Fair).

If you'd like to grab a beer before or after the game, nearby Fulton Brewing's taproom has become a major fan hangout. For a casual bite, attending a Twins game can be a great excuse to visit Black Sheep pizza. Or you could even change out of your cap and jersey and go to 112 Eatery to make a classier night out of it.

Go Twins!
