For our new weekly feature, "Moveable Feast," Rachel Hutton of Minnesota Monthly joins John Birge to talk about where to go and what to eat in destinations Classical MPR listeners may be interested in visiting. On the day after Halloween (with all its attendant sweets), John and Rachel discuss health food.

But what does term "health food" even mean anymore?

For restaurants with a health focus, there's something for everyone, from the more hardcore Ecopolitan — which serves raw food — to the more upscale Spoonriver.

For cooking right at home, the co-ops are booming. Seward Co-op in Minneapolis recently expanded, and there are a couple new co-ops in the works.

The Wedge Co-op is so busy it has a police officer directing traffic on the weekends! The foods the Wedge is curating has more natural ingredients, more organic food and more whole grains.

Listen to the audio to hear all of John and Rachel's discussion.
