The Spelman College Glee Club from Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga., a historically black institution, visited Classical MPR last week for a live broadcast in the Maud Moon Weyerhaeuser Music Studio. They were in the Twin Cities as part of VocalEssence's Witness program, representing the theme "Yet They Persist."
