Flicks in Five: Charlie Chaplin

Flicks in Five: Charlie Chaplin

Long known as a pioneering actor/producer/writer/director and film music composer, it's not as well known that Charlie Chaplin also was passionate about all kinds of music. He often practiced six hours a day from the time he was a young kid.

A famous classical composer of the day paid Chaplin a very high compliment although Chaplin, at 20, was unaware of who this famous Frenchman was.

Listen above for more about the musical side of Chaplin.
