On Tuesday afternoon, acclaimed cellist and TED Senior Fellow Joshua Roman performed Bach's Six Unaccompanied Cello Suites in their entirety — nearly 2.5 hours of music — for a Facebook Live broadcast.
Roman says, "I felt a lot of tension in the air and thought it would be a good time to reconnect with our shared humanity. I feel like music does that. And as a cellist, the six suites by Bach ... they're the apex."
