Jenny Chen Interview Part 3

At age 10, pianist Jenny Chen was accepted to study at the Curtis Institute of Music.

While there, she studied with the school's oldest teacher; 90-year-old Eleanor Sokoloff. The two were quite a pair and still keep in contact today - Ms. Sokoloff is still teaching at 101!

Jenny not only sped through her program at Curtis, she went on to complete a masters degree at Yale. Now, at 21, she's a doctoral student at the Eastman School of Music. She joins Fred Child as the latest Performance Today Young Artist in Residence from March 9-11.
