What are your goals as a musician/performer/group?
Life is full of experiences and different tasks that we give ourselves. All of us want to experience our lives in full "HD," but there are some goals that are permanent, which we don't even think about. This goal for me is cello. When I was six I started to study cello with my father, and I never thought that the world could exist without music. My mother is a pianist, and my father is a cellist, therefore it is no wonder that music atmosphere surrounds me in all aspects of my life since the day of my birth. As time passed by, I realized that there are no limits in music. It is unlimited, timeless, and there are no limits for any instrument — they can always become better. I can make a comparison with a mountain: you climb, and you constantly see the top of the mountain in front of you, but once you reach it, you realize that there is a higher level you had not seen before. Step by step, I am trying to go for the top, but I realize that the top is imaginary, because there is no such thing. Obviously, I have some short-term goals, such as playing more recitals, or trying myself in 11 competitions in one year. But the main goal for me is to fully dedicate myself to music, and I know that I have great historical and contemporary company in this goal.
