As we approach the start of the new school year, the 2016 season of Minnesota Varsity is just on the horizon.
In the video below, we share behind-the-scenes footage from some of the 2015 Featured Round and Showcase Artists: pianist Collin Jinks, cellist Caroline Paulsen, pianist Christina Waldron, marimbist Max Melin, vocalist Scottie Schwefel, Trio Tesoro (Sarrah Bushara, Luca Tallarini, and Cole Thompson), pianist Noah Chojnacki, violinist Julian Maddox, and vocalist Anna Stolte, as well as 2015 Showcase Composers Louisa Byron and John Kuntz.
We will soon have information regarding submissions and deadlines for the upcoming season. In the meantime, we invite you check out the video, and to listen to last season's Showcase Concert, recorded at the Fitzgerald Theater on April 19th.
