With the school year starting up, we'll hear five Morning Glories by music students who all went on to make names for themselves.

Monday

Stravinsky: Symphony in Eb

Tuesday

Mendelssohn: Octet

Wednesday

Beethoven: "Kurfurstensonaten" Piano Sonata No. 3

Thursday

Telemann: Cantata "Ach, Herr, straf mich nicht in deinem Zorn"
Interesting note: The story goes that, at the urging of his mother, he abandoned composition and went to law school in Leipzig, but took the manuscript for this piece with him, where it was discovered and performed at the Thomaskirche.

Friday

Richard Wagner: Symphony
